Marek founded the firm in 2009 after eleven years in the Prague office of an international practice. He acts for owners selling companies they built themselves, and for the families and funds buying them.
He runs every transaction personally from the first call to closing: term sheet, data room, warranties, and the awkward conversation about price. In the last 24 months he closed 31 deals with a combined value of EUR 410m.
He teaches the M&A seminar at the Czech Bar Association’s training programme and writes the firm’s notes on the Business Corporations Act.
