Corvin & Hájek, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., Dlouhá 12, 110 00 Praha 1, is the controller of the personal data you send us. We process what you write in the contact form — your name, e-mail, telephone number and the outline of your matter — for one purpose: to run a conflict check and to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry and, once you instruct us, the performance of the engagement contract. Enquiry data that does not become a file is deleted after six months; client files are kept for ten years from the end of the engagement, as the Act on Advocacy requires. We do not sell data and we do not use it for marketing. Everything you tell us is also covered by the statutory duty of confidentiality of an advocate, which is wider than data protection law and does not expire. You may ask us for a copy of your data, for correction or for deletion, and you may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, Praha 7.
