Jane Hale

Jane leads the disputes practice and argues every hearing herself. Before co-founding the firm she spent six years at a Washington arbitration boutique.

She sits on the AAA-ICDR panel of arbitrators and teaches civil procedure at Fordham Law. Clients come to her with claims that have already gone wrong somewhere else.
