Mark founded the firm in 2009 after eleven years in the New York office of an international practice. He acts for owners selling companies they built themselves, and for the families and funds buying them.
He runs every transaction personally from the first call to closing: term sheet, data room, warranties, and the awkward conversation about price. In the last 24 months he closed 31 deals with a combined value of $410M.
He teaches the M&A seminar in Brooklyn Law School’s continuing legal education program and writes the firm’s notes on Delaware corporate law.
